MSI sell this stuff, but doesn’t help at all when you have trouble! Ihave had similar cases You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. If you are trying to connect to some Bluetooth cell phone or other device, then you will not need to go further. I’m getting exactly the same.

Power down the compurer and Mmsi connect the dongle. I try 3 same peaces and all are the same And no I’m not putitng spaces or anything else either. With the Bluetooth Software 1.

Ihave had similar cases So, I am not the only one with that problem.

Install BToes software as per instructions. Well, do you guys think it has something to do with my operating system? I have also disconnected my internet connection during the driver installation. Though there seem to be a problem, I cant transferr any file bigger than kb. I thought “heck, i doesnt matter if it doesnt work, I’ll just contact support”. Looks like I am not the only one with this problem Installed the older software Came bluuetooth CD all goes well until you restart – computer is unable to detect usb device.


I have the same problem. Please wait for MSI web site update. When it asks for the dongle to be inserted near the end of the setup click the ‘Close cross’ in the top right to ignore the message. Unable to install necessary drivers Code 31 I thought that the dongle itself could be faulty – but after installing the new updated software it worked fine – except I needed the BD address in order to get a security key- which can only be found from the older software – doh!

The blue LED on the dongle is flashing, the manual bluftooth on is connected, off is disconnected, but makes no bluehooth of flashing.

The instal crashed and yet it is working now. The CD enclosed is for WiFi adaptors and not for the bluetooth. I would be happy to get some news about this problematic Any suggestions would be welcome. I think it’s time for MSI to react!
