Your approach to the service side is a great asset for American RV and I appreciate you and your staff.
I also appreciate you "walk through" of the Journey. I learned several things that are true values to be considered with the Journey.
I trust you understand my waiting and process and, I if I am blessed to have a new motor home, I would not purchase one from anyone other than you and Mr. Albano.
I hope all goes well with your son's hospital visit and I will certainly say a prayer for his recovery.

Dear Mr. Albano:
In November of last year I purchased a 2008 Leisure Van from your business, a unit that was far from perfect.
I was pleased with the purchase experience but because of the timing, was not able to really try it out until the following February and then only partially. At that time I found several things that were not working, which your staff promptly and courteously took care of.
When I took the first real trip in it this last July, I found several other things that were not working, serious enough that I have not really been able to use it until now. However your staff again took care of these things as rapidly and efficiently as possible and I assume all will be working when I have an opportunity to really use it. This I hope to do in the next couple of months.
In spite of not being able to fully use this unit I want to compliment your staff on the way they handled all of these problems, making the overall experience still a positive one. You need to hang onto these employees.......they are "damn jewels".

Mickey and his staff in service were very courteous from the day I dropped my unit for repair. I told Mickey when I dropped the unit we had a deadline to meet so that I could keep a camping reservation out of town. Although he missed my Thursday afternoon deadline, he did call & make sure he let me know he had a plan that would get me on the road by noon on Friday. The constant communication and professionalism was appreciated and allowed my family to keep our trip plans. I am a newly converted American RV fan thanks to my neighbor.
